Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted.
- If the return is a result of our error, such as receiving a defective item, we will bear all associated shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
- If the return is not due to an error on our part (e.g. you decided you no longer want the item after ordering), the buyer assumes full responsibility for all shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It is normal for it to take a few days to credit back to your account.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@tiredofthisearth.com with photos of the damaged or defective product, along with your order number. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
